Treehouse is rigorously planned around key conceptual and functional principles that privilege north orientation and natural ventilation.

The result is a fluid building that is pragmatic and responsive to the broader context, while generous in its offer to residents. The central, open-air circulation spine is populated with planters and light wells, that ensures every dwelling is cross-ventilated, and, with the benefit of time, allows one to envisage a lush vertical garden within the internal breezeway.
